President of RBS Student Union – Bruno Briedis
I ran for President because I wanted to take charge of my environment—and help shape it for others, too. For me, leadership isn’t about doing everything myself. It’s about building a team I trust, guiding them when needed, and creating space for ideas to grow.
My goal is simple: to help the RBS Student Union reach new heights through unforgettable events, meaningful collaboration, or a stronger student voice. I see myself as a big brother figure, someone people can turn to for answers and support. I believe in relationships, clear communication, and always putting students first. My experiences, from growing up as the eldest sibling to working at EY and spending a year in the FLEX exchange program, have shaped how I lead: with heart, ambition, and a lot of energy.
I want to be remembered not just as a president but as someone who helped others grow, brought people together, and made things better and more fun along the way.

Vice President of RBS Student Union – Karīna Krauze
I have been with SU since the end of March 2025. My daily tasks include taking care of the Unions and RBS internal work, and making sure that each duty, either for an event or student daily life, is delivered with the best possible outcome.
Beforehand, I had taken part in PR Division and worked on multiple projects outside of RBS.
I believe that a strong community is essential for improvement; therefore, her goal in this candidacy is to make sure that all of the RBS community remains well-connected and strong in the new Ķīpsala premises. As I will be the one to make sure that all of the students’, administrations’, and alumni ideas are met at an equilibrium.

Head of Education Division – Karlīna Vestermane
I am not here for titles but to make a difference. Whether dealing with academic problems or making sure that every student’s voice is heard, I am working to make student life smoother and stronger. I have participated in multiple student projects that include informal education and have noticed how it gives students new perspectives and opportunities to grow together. Therefore, I highly supports ideas like mentoring projects, student collaborations, and guest lectures. I am committed to building an environment where collaboration, communication, and growth go hand in hand.

Head of Culture Division – Pauls Dzintars
I have been involved in the Culture division from the very first moment the opportunity arose, bringing new creative ideas to the table and taking the initiative to bring them to life. From playing organized basketball for a decade, I have learned the value of defining roles and creating a structure within my team, a principle I now apply when working with the board. Therefore, I am creating an environment where members are encouraged, rather than restricted, to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to make student life at RBS more engaging and memorable.
The discipline I have developed through sports has now shaped how I approach my work with the board. Now, I am channeling that same drive into building a Culture at RBS.

Head of PR Division – Marks Paksis
It is my calling to represent the true nature of our students and to bring this to life. I want our community to see themselves within what we tell, what we share, and what we represent. To me, being a part of the PR is not about faking it, but about representing what is true about ourselves
My goal is to make memories feel grounded, human, and connected to everyday student life. If our work reflects real experiences, real voices, and real community, then I absolutely know I’m doing my job right.

Head of External Division – Maija Bērziņa
I am a dedicated member of the Student Union and I have previous experience in both the Culture and External Divisions, therefore, I know which sponsors are best suited for which events based on the event activities. Moreover, I enjoy the behind-the-scenes work in organizing events, and I am an artistic person with previous experience in the arts, such as graduating from music school and saxophone performances, therefore, my vision includes securing live music for the biggest RBS events.
