President of RBS Student Union – Robins Zaščerinskis
I ran for the President of the Student Union because I wanted to shape and improve the environment that has helped shape me. During my time at RBS I have seen just how much a community of ambitious and goal oriented people can affect others and make them more motivated to push themselves and achieve more. I believe the Student Union plays a significant role in shaping that environment and defining what it means to be an RBS student. My goal is to strengthen the community and to encourage students to step out of their comfort zones, make meaningful connections, and make the most out of their time at RBS.

Vice President of RBS Student Union – Katrīna Kassaliete
Being part of Student Union means creating environment where students feel involved and represented. From my experience community is what makes people motivated and exited to be in it. As Vice President I want to turn ideas into action while making sure student life is enjoyable and engaging.
I believe communication, teamwork and positive atmosphere are what make community grow. My goal is to help create opportunities that encourage students to grow, discover new possibilities and develop strong connections within the RBS community.

Head of Education Division – Katrīna Baltmane
I have been a part of the SU since the beginning of my studies, working hard in the External Division, finding sponsors and helping events to happen. During my school years, I served in a position similar to the one I hold now, acting as a bridge between students and administration, while organising lectures and workshops. I really missed it, so I am here again!
I serve as a friend who is always ready not only to listen to students’ voices, but also to make a difference, create changes, and provide solutions. I want to make students’ everyday life smoother and more interesting, which is why I support initiatives, mentoring, lectures, and workshops.
I am always here to resolve conflicts and find compromises, while also strengthening connections between students and administration. I believe in students and in their ideas, so my goal is to provide an environment where you can shine bright, collaborate, and achieve any heights.
At the end of the day, I would rather leave a legacy than collect positions.

Head of Culture Division – Līva Bistere
Since the start I have been a member of an amazing team of the Culture Division which led me to the need to follow the traditions and pass them to the next activists. Starting with organising business events at my highschool, I am now bringing the knowledge and experience I gained to the events of Riga Business School.
My goal is to turn events into experiences and students into a community. I am here to contribute, learn from others, and grow within a team that creates meaningful experiences for the community. I believe that the best student life is not only experienced – it is created together.

Head of PR Division – Elizabete Zalāne
My interest in this position stems from a desire to help shape the public image of RBS by making it more creative, exciting, and realistic, while also reflecting students’ daily lives more broadly and vividly.
I have already been actively involved in the work of the SU PR Devision, and I have also worked in public relations outside of school, gaining practical experience in content creation, event promotion, photography, and visual communication. This has given me a good understanding of how public relations works on a day-to-day basis and how important teamwork and consistency are.
I greatly appreciate the department’s work to date and would be proud to continue developing it, strengthening our community and making it more visible and “heard.” My goal is not only to promote events and content but also to provide a broader and more vivid insight into students’ daily lives, while continuing to shape RBS as a welcoming and dynamic educational environment.

Head of External Division – Alita Zinovatna
Since the very start of my studies at RBS, I have been a dedicated member of the External Division. Additionally, from my experience at NATO StratCom COE, I have learned a lot about how external partnerships and the work done behind the scenes brings significant value to a community as a whole. Therefore, my goal is to continue strengthening the division by maintaining the best sponsors while also trying new ways to bring those collaborations even closer – from big events to small moments that shape your everyday life at RBS.
