Your Responsibilities:
Support functions:
Assisting with daily client communications and follow-ups
Preparing client materials, investment proposals, and performance reports
Ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients and helping maintain strong relationships
Conducting market and product research to support investment planning
Collaborating with the investment and advisory teams on client-related projects
Sales responsibilities:
Conducting cold calls and sending cold emails to introduce Redgate Wealth to potential clients
Arranging meetings and follow-ups with high-net-worth individuals and business owners
Promoting and presenting investment products such as funds, bonds, and equities
Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and supporting lead generation activities
What We’re Looking For:
A degree (or ongoing studies) in finance, economics, or a related field
Strong communication skills in Latvian and English (Russian or another language is a plus)
Confidence in making sales outreach (calls/emails) and engaging with new contacts
Interest in financial markets and developing client relationships
High motivation, attention to detail, and a structured, proactive work approach
Previous experience or an internship in finance or sales is an advantage
